Our steaks are a specialty product. Cattle raised on grasses instead of grains usually have a pleasantly earthy taste, and contain more nutrients and amino acids than "conventional" beef. Our steaks usually range just over 1/2 lb, with larger sizes available upon request, and they sell out fast, so it's best to contact us about a custom order to see if we can produce specialty cuts at that time.
